Welcome to my brand new site, heres a little about me: Hair color: Blonde Welcome to my site, here is a little about me, I’ve been working out for about 8 years now, born and raised pretty much in Edmonton, Canada. I grew up with a large family and 5 brothers, who all worked out so I know how to wrestle and take care of myself. I have always been inspired by women like Monica Brant-Peckman, Jenny Lynn, and they are all amazing women with fantastic physiques. I started off doing body building, and recently switched to figure and fitness competitions. Working out has become a lifestyle for me now, I love to watch my body change from off-season to competition shape. I thrive on the pump, and the feeling I get after a good workout. Diet, of course, is a very large part of my lifestyle, don’t get me wrong I like to cheat and eat pizza and cheesecake too, but to be healthy you need a balanced diet. I work as a General Manager of a gym, a full time trainer and run many boot camp classes, I love helping both women and men put their fitness goals on track and just make healthy life choices.
