FITNESS TIPS :
TIP 1
Make your fitness dreams a reality!! Remember loosing fat and
getting into shape is not easy, getting into shape is about developing
and maintaining a healthy lifestyle for your self.
It takes a lot of thought, planning, effort and dedication, I
can’t stress that enough. Get into a “daily routine” or
make it “a habit” to eat healthy and exercise daily.
Only you can change yourself, obtain a goal of what you want to
change within your self and go for it!!!! You can do anything you
put your mind to.
I will help you as much as I can, give you advice, and support.
Remember you can be “larger than life”.
TIP 2
Workouts- my workouts have been in tail a lot of cross-fit workouts lately. It’s a high intense workout with lots of reps, and cardio, and non-stop sets. Gives me a great burn and keeps me lean.
Here’s an example workout
20 box jumps
20 Body squats
20 Standing Shoulder Press
20 Bent over rows
20 Bicep curls
Do this 3 times and guaranteed to get your heart rate jumping and a good sweat. |
